LATE POLICY There is a 10 minute grace period, at 12 minutes there will be an additional $10 fee. At 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled/considered a no-show & any payment on file will be charged 50% of the appointment amount. CANCELATION POLICY There is a 50% charge back for any cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. No call no shows will be banned from the booking site. NO CALL - NO SHOW After 2 no-shows you will be banned from booking. There will be a 50% charge from the total amount of the service booked to the card on file. **Same day booking is not available here.
